— Job responsibilities:
— Answer calls, respond to emails and “Whatsapp” messages
— Handle customer inquiries over the phone, by email and via “Whatsapp”
— Research required information using available resources
— Manage and resolve customer complaints
— Provide customers with product and service information
— Enter new customer information into the system
— Update existing customer information
— Process orders, forms, and applications
— Identify and escalate priority issues
— Route calls to appropriate resource
— Document all call information according to standard operating proceduresWorking conditions:
— 5 working day, 2 days off, flexible shift work
— 8:00-17:00
— 10:00-19:00
— 13:00-22:00
— 15:00-00:00
— Note: could be required to work on different shift
Əsas tələblər
— Required qualifications:
— Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or economics
— Azerbaijani is mandatory, additional language required English or Russian
— Microsoft Office programs, Outlook user
— Oral and written communication skills in the mentioned languages
— Listening skills
— Problem analysis and solving skills
— Customer service/satisfaction oriented
— Organizational skills
— Attention to details
— Ability to work in a team
— Resistance to stress
— Perfect and clear speech
