Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new B2B customers for the company
* Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with existing clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company growth objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
* Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements:
- A bachelor or master degree
- Work experience in Incoming tourism
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English, Russian languages
- Product knowledge
- Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
